    You can access all learning via mobile and tablet, however our platform is desktop oriented and will provide the best experience. 

    Assessments are conducted at the end of each unit and delivered in a variety of ways.

    We focus on delivering theory based learning through multiple choice questions, written responses, interactive lessons, swipe left to right, and online projects. All part of our dynamic learning experience. 

    You will also get access to local student support via phone, email, and online chat.

    Self-paced learning means you can learn on your own time and schedule. You don’t need to complete the same assignments, or learn at the same time as others. 

    You can move from one topic or segment to the next at your speed.

    You get to select what units you wish to start with, and jump from one to another as you feel you need to.

    Self paced learning removes the pressure of traditional class room training, and traditional University semesters.

FAQ's

How long will my course take?

Each course has a suggested time frame for completion. This can be viewed on each course page. Courses are self-paced however all have a specific end date. If you need more time, you can request an extension by contacting our office to discuss.

Can I change my course after I enrol?

Yes, but let’s talk first. Contact us if you want to change your course, so we can make sure you move to the right pathway. We can direct you towards a new course of equal value without much difficulty. If the new course costs a little more or less, we’ll find a solution to get you sorted.

Can I pause my course if my circumstances change?

Yes. We understand that life gets in the way sometimes. Contact our support team and ask us to suspend your course until you’re ready to start again. We might also grant you an official extension. Some fees may apply.

What should I do if I’m struggling with my course?

You can contact our support office 5 days a week. We will listen to your concerns and walk you through your options. Generally, we’ll encourage you to push through. Learning can be challenging sometimes, but the challenge is where all the learning starts!

When did OEA start?

We’re a new business but part of a bigger company that has been in the RTO training space since 2016.

100%. We are an Australian business, and always have been.

How big is the team?

40+ and growing. We have staff all over the country and our HQ is in Brisbane.

Does OEA have a campus?

No. Our campus is online! We are 100% virtual. We deliver all our courses online through our student learning portal. Without the large costs of a campus and infrastructure, we can offer the best industry prices. And you can study, anytime and anywhere.

When do I get my certificate?

Once you complete and successfully pass your course, and pay your course fees in full, we will email an electronic copy of your full certificate to you. We will also send a hard copy certificate to your postal address.

Can I claim my course fees on my tax return?

We are not tax advisors, so we always advise you to seek professional advice. However, if the qualification relates to your job or industry, it is generally 100% tax-deductible. But please seek advice from your tax professional.
